If you have any issues with your order, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of order delivery to explain your grievance. Our customer service department will then help provide a replacement or refund if deemed appropriate.
There is no need to return your item under any circumstances. Please note that if you return your item without our prior request, we will not be responsible for any loss or additional costs resulting from your unapproved return.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received. It must also be in the original packaging.
All merchandise returned to Bikers Lifestyle must be in the original packaging with all original items accompanying the merchandise. If the original packaging is not available, pack your item securely using a replacement box and proper packaging to ensure the device is well protected. The return address will vary based on the product but will be included in the return label.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Purchases made during any promotional sale are final and cannot be refunded or returned unless there is a manufacturer defect.
